- Specific function of each movement.
- The three external harmonies and their synchronization with the three internal harmonies.

- History of Qi Gong (Chi kung) and Tai chi (Taijiquan).
Practice (Static and Dynamic Chi Kung)
- Practice of static positions: wu chi, árbol (los tres globos), sujetar tesoro, campana, and other postures (according to the needs of each student).
- Practice of dynamic exercises: names of each movement and their use:
- San Yuan Shi – Jian Shen Zhuang (physical and mental health)
- Tuo bao Zhuang – Ji Ji Zhuang (balancing internal and external energy bodies)
- Fu hu Shi – Hun He Zhuang (balance, health and harmony)
- The work on the three static practices produces the three internal treasures (Jing, Chi, Sheng) and the three external treasures (Jing, Qu, Bi).
