TAI CHI: PRACTICE

  • Complete Yang form of 85 movements, six parts, (sixth path) and short form.
  • Complete official Chinese national Taichichuan form of 88 movements (three parts) and short form.
  • Tai chi push-hands (Tui shou - Pushing Hands) of four levels: Dong-Jin, Ting-Jing, Fa-Jing, Shen-Ming
  • Complete traditional Tai chi with sword (Taichijian)
  • Complete traditional Tai chi form (official Chinese national).
  • Names of the movements

TAI CHI: THEORY

Theory:

  • Wuji, Yin Yang. Xushí, empty full. Principle of the triple external harmony (Shou-Zu, Jián-Kua, Zhou-Xi)
  • Principle of the triple internal harmony (Xin-Y, Yi-Chi, Chi-Jing)
  • The thirteen principles of Tai chi
  • The eight types of forces: Peng, Lu, Ji, An, Cai, Li, Zhou, Kao
  • The five types of steps (the five gates): Jin, Tui, Gu, Pan, Ding.

CHI KUNG: THEORY AND PRACTICE

Theory:

  • Wuji. Yin Yang. Tao health technique. The five elements.
  • The main meridians and the extraordinary meridians.
  • Internal principles of Chi Kung: Xin Yi (heart-mind), Yi Chi (mind-energy), Chi Jin (energy and force).
  • The three internal treasures of the body: Jing, Chi, Shen.

Practice:

  • Integral Qi Gong (chi kung), the best static and dynamic system suitable for each person and their needs.
  • Cultivate energy in the Chihai. Sublimation of Jing into Shen.
  • Channel the energy of Ren Mai-Du Mai, two important meridians (MICROCOSMIC ORBIT)
  • Great Circle of Yin Yang: complete meridians (MACROCOSMIC ORBIT)
  • Use Chi Kung for diagnosis and treatment of diseases.
  • Silk Chi Kung, Zhán Mián Chuan (cotton filled with metal)
