Chikungtaichi
Chikungtaichi is a traditional method of bodily relaxation that uses the life energy or “chi”, the foundation of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
Through slow, precise movements and mindful breathing, practitioners release tension, improve posture, and calm the mind. In our school, Chikungtaichi is taught progressively — from basic standing exercises to full forms — at each student’s own pace. Learn more →

Maestro Haoqing Liu
The School for Advanced Study of Chikung-Taichi was founded by Master Haoqing Liu, who came to Spain in 1985 to promote and develop this ancient cultural treasure.

Maestro Xioda Liu
Born in Hangzhou, China, he was introduced at a very young age to the family tradition of Taoist Yang Sheng and Jian Sheng—practices for cultivating energy and self-defense—focusing on Chikung Taichi and traditional Yin-Yang Qi Gong. He began training early under his father, Master Haoqing Liu, guided closely by his grandfather, Liu Yin Sheng, who dedicated himself to preserving the family lineage.
